- Free Profiles: We offer a basic digital profile listing to eligible local businesses at no initial cost.
- Premium Upgrades: Webzieh Creations Limited provides advanced digital services, including custom brand websites and fully managed monthly plans. These premium upgrades are optional and subject to separate, dedicated service agreements.
3. Accuracy of Information & User Obligations
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and copyright compliance of the information, text, and images provided for your profile. By submitting data, you confirm you have the legal authority to represent the business and grant us a non-exclusive license to publish this content on our platform.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The DumfriesPride.uk platform—including its design, layout, code, graphics, and structure—is the exclusive intellectual property of Webzieh Creations Limited. You retain full ownership of your specific business logos and brand assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
Webzieh Creations Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the DumfriesPride.uk platform, including any loss of business, revenue, or data.
6. Termination & Moderation
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or permanently remove any business profile that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or negatively impacts the integrity of the Dumfries and Galloway business community.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
